How is this even possible?
Sustainable Barks partners with local no-kill animal shelters, and receives donations from rescuers who have recently said goodbye to their pups, to collect used dog toys, unused treats, and supplies.
We then clean & hand-sew any needed repairs, package the treats, and sort the supplies.
Then we box everything up for its second life and send it to you.
A portion of every sale goes directly to our partnered no-kill shelters so they never have to charge a pet adoption fee again.
Our Why
Piper was rescued from a Texas no-kill animal shelter on November 2, 2024. After 4-months of hiding between Kale's legs at the dog park, she bravely started playing and has not stopped since. Piper is also a notorious dog toy destroyer. After sadly throwing away the massacred stuffed animals and paying way too much at the major corporate pet stores for new victims, Kale decided to be brave too and start Sustainable Barks to make the pet world a lot more sustainable.
